Chief Of Staff Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Execution: Lead and oversee strategic business initiatives from conception to execution, collaborating closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure successful delivery. - Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing priorities, preparing for key meetings, and ensuring effective communication with the board, investors, and partners. - Program & Project Management: Oversee organization-wide projects, ensuring timely completion, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. - Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability across teams. - Internal Communications: Serve as the primary liaison between executives, staff, and key stakeholders; facilitate information flow and clarity on objectives and progress. - People & Culture: Partner with HR on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement; help foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business data and market trends to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making. - Event & Meeting Management: Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, company-wide events, and strategic offsites, ensuring objectives are met and follow-ups are tracked. Key Qualifications & Skills: - 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, project management, or a similar strategic role; startup experience preferred. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion. - Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to synthesize information and present to executive audiences. - Strong financial acumen and comfort with data analysis and reporting. - Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. - MBA required - pedigree
