Chief of Staff (Work from Home) Salary : 50 - 75 LPA About the role : As Chief of Staff to Head & President of India, youll play a mission-critical role supporting two of the most senior leaders in the company. Youll be at the center of shaping one of the most ambitious tech stories of the decade. This is a mission-critical leadership role designed for someone who is strategically razor-sharp, process-obsessed, and thrives in ambiguity. Youll act as a force multiplier - turning high-level vision into precise execution, navigating cross-functional complexities, and driving velocity across every layer of the organization. This role isnt for note-takers. Its for leaders. Youll be the Presidents right hand - leading special projects, solving high-stakes problems, and ensuring that decisions turn into outcomes across product, marketing, manufacturing, and operations. Key Responsibilities : - Translate the Presidents priorities into clear, actionable strategies across verticals (Product, GTM, Operations, Brand, etc.) - Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives end-to-end - from concept to launch. - Act as a sparring partner on major decisions, providing structured input and strategic perspective. - Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and blockers and proactively solve for them through systems, processes, and ownership. - Build and implement scalable mechanisms that improve decision velocity and accountability across the India org. - Drive operational reviews, business rhythms, and strategic offsites - ensuring alignment, focus, and follow-through. - Tackle ambiguous challenges with structured frameworks and first-principles thinking. - Prepare briefing materials, scenario analyses, and data-backed recommendations for key meetings. - Help resolve inter-team tensions and ensure crisp, objective problem-solving at every level. - Be a proxy in internal and external meetings where the President cant be present upholding context, quality, and intent. - Mentor and coach emerging leaders across teams, driving performance and cultural alignment. - Serve as a connective tissue across orgs, ensuring collaboration without slowing down pace. - Lead confidential or high-risk initiatives that require tight execution and low ego. - Launch or scale 0-1 projects, pilot new ideas, and course-correct in real time. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience in strategy, consulting, founders office, or operational leadership roles - ideally in fast-growth tech or consumer brands. - Proven ability to turn chaos into clarity, and vision into reality with strong instinct for prioritization and speed. - Deep experience in program management, business planning, and cross-functional alignment. - Strong problem-solving chops with structured thinking, but balanced by high EQ and cultural awareness. - Experience managing high-stakes internal and external relationships with discretion and credibility. - A natural leader - capable of influencing without authority and holding teams to high standards. - High comfort with ambiguity, velocity, and changing priorities. - Sharp communicator, both written and verbal - capable of synthesizing complex ideas into crisp, executive-level outputs. - Bonus: Exposure to Indias consumer tech ecosystem or having worked closely with a founder/CEO.
