Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA in Finance / Marketing / Energy (preferred)
Age / Years of experience Minimum 25 years of experience in the power sector, with at least 15 years in power distribution.
Industry experience
- Minimum 25 years in the Power Sector, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles in power distribution or utilities.
- Proven expertise in regulatory affairs, tariff management, and distribution operations.
- Experience with Private DISCOMs (Tata Power, BSES, Torrent Power) or leading State Utilities (GUVNL, MSEDCL, UPPCL, etc.) preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in financial turnaround, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
