About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Chief Network Officer (CNO) to lead the charge in building and monetizing organization's provider network. As the CNO, you'll be the architect of our ecosystem, onboarding a diverse range of healthcare providers-doctors, diagnostics, hospitals, and specialty services-while driving revenue and owning the P&L for the provider network. Your expertise in India's digital health frameworks and your zeal for transforming healthcare will shape the future of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provider Onboarding & Network Expansion: Strategically onboard and manage relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and specialty healthcare services to build a robust, high- quality provider network.

- Monetization & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to monetize the provider network, meeting ambitious revenue targets while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the provider network's financial performance, optimizing costs, and driving operational efficiency.

- Digital Health Advocacy: Champion the integration of government health stacks like ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission), ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce), and NHCX (National Health Claims Exchange) into our platform, ensuring compliance and maximizing impact.

- OPD Stack Advocacy: Advocate for and drive the adoption of an Outpatient Department (OPD) stack to streamline and digitize outpatient care delivery.

- Ecosystem Digitization: Lead initiatives to digitize India's healthcare ecosystem, fostering interoperability, accessibility, and patient-centric innovation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government bodies, healthcare providers, and tech teams to align the organization's vision with national health priorities.

- Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing team to execute network strategies and deliver on mission-driven goals.
