Responsibilities: - Clinical Administration: Planning and organizing all the Treatments & Therapies at the Hospitals. - Charting out the duties and responsibilities of the Doctors and Nursing Staff, therapists as per requirement. Work closely with other departments (Pharmacy, Lab, Operations) to ensure seamless patient care - Convening periodic staff meetings to evaluate the day-today working of the Hospitals and coordinating their further improvement. - Co-ordination and training of the Nurses, Therapists and all other Staff including Physiotherapy and Yoga. Recruit, train and develop clinical team - Monitoring the system of various communications with the patients before, during and after treatments. - Setting up all the required Systems for the smooth functioning of the various activities at the Nursing Home. - Develop and oversee protocols for medical emergencies and disaster preparedness - Ensure adequate staffing and infrastructure for handling critical cases - Patient Safety & Quality Control, Investigate into incidents and drive team for continuous improvement in patient care. - Implement and monitor clinical quality standards - Regularly review patient feedback and take corrective action - Adhere highest standards of treatment practices and adhere Ashtavaidya tradition and treatment protocols - Ensure adoption of new medical technologies and treatment methods - Regulatory & Legal Compliance:Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical healthcare regulations. - Manage medical audits and documentation as per statutory requirements - Budgeting & Resource Optimization: Plan and monitor the departments budget to optimize resource utilization. - Ensure cost-effective treatment without compromising on quality. - Experience Authentic Kerala Ayurveda in a Healing Sanctuary: we offer: a unique and comprehensive Ayurvedic experience, specializing in addressing chronic health concerns.
