- Analytics & Reporting: Establish marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards; use data to continuously optimise channel mix and campaign performance.
- Representation on global platforms: Act as the face of the organisation on global platforms, including events, conferences and summits.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles (VP Marketing / CMO or equivalent) at a B2B SaaS company, experience in CX, survey/research, martech, or analytics platforms is a strong plus.
- Open to travel for global events, conferences, meetings and summits to represent us.
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions and demand-generation engines that translate into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of global B2B SaaS go-to-market, ideally with experience across multiple regions (APAC, MENA and North America specifically).
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing stacks: marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics tools.
- Excellent brand and storytelling instincts, with the ability to translate complex AI/data products into clear market positioning.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing distributed/remote teams.
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable owning marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to leadership/board.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable operating as a public face of the company (conferences, press, analyst relations).
- Startup/scale-up experience preferred - able to operate with agility in a lean team while building processes for scale.
What We Offer:
- Ownership of marketing strategy at a growing, global AI-powered SaaS company.
- Opportunity to shape the brand and go-to-market as the company expands into new markets.
- Collaborative leadership team and a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture.
