- Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in strategic marketing roles, with significant exposure to luxury retail, high-end jewellery, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
- Expertise: Demonstrated success in digital marketing, brand building, promotional strategy, and delivering measurable ROI across premium product categories.
