Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Chief Marketing Officer for a reputed Real Estate Company at CBD Belapur location.

Role Objective:


The Chief Marketing Officer will play a strategic leadership role in shaping Company's marketing vision, brand direction, and growth roadmap across India.


The incumbent will be responsible for driving brand equity, marketing innovation, and large-scale customer acquisition through an integrated mix of digital, offline, and partnership-led initiatives.


This role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in real estate or similar high-value, project-based industries who can seamlessly balance strategic brand building with tactical execution, ensuring the marketing organization evolves into a data-driven, high-impact growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Leadership

- Define and implement the long-term brand architecture, communication strategy, and positioning to strengthen PropertyPistols visibility in the Indian real estate ecosystem.

- Build a strong national identity that resonates with developers, channel partners, and home buyers through cohesive storytelling and consistent visual and verbal identity.

- Lead end-to-end project launch strategies for marquee real estate developments across key metros and emerging markets.

- Ensure all brand communication reflects the companys growth aspirations, innovation focus, and customer-centric ethos.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

- Design and oversee annual marketing plans covering brand, digital, on-ground activations, and strategic partnerships.

- Align marketing goals with business objectives such as developer partnerships, sales enablement, and market penetration.

- Develop a strong performance measurement framework using KPIs such as brand recall, campaign ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

- Partner with leadership on pricing, customer insights, and go-to-market initiatives for new service lines.

3. Integrated Campaign Management

- Lead multi-channel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms for maximum reach and conversion.

- Drive innovation in offline marketing including OOH, events, and experiential activations to enhance brand visibility and project engagement.

- Ensure campaigns are insight-driven and resonate with target audiences across diverse markets.

- Partner with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver impactful and measurable marketing outcomes.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

- Oversee the companys digital marketing ecosystem including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and automation tools.

- Drive lead-generation excellence through performance marketing while ensuring quality, cost optimization, and funnel effectiveness.

- Introduce data analytics and marketing automation for better customer segmentation, campaign attribution, and conversion tracking.

- Build a robust digital presence that reinforces PropertyPistols leadership and innovation in PropTech.

5. Market Intelligence & Innovation

- Continuously track industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and consumer behaviors to shape forward-looking strategies.

- Leverage market insights to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen developer relationships.

- Introduce innovative formats and engagement models for higher visibility in a competitive market landscape.

6. Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team across brand, creative, digital, and research functions.

- Build a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure full integration of marketing initiatives with business outcomes.

- Drive vendor, agency, and partner relationships to ensure seamless execution and cost efficiency.

Key Competencies

- Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership across large-scale, multi-city operations.

- Strong expertise in brand management, integrated campaigns, and digital transformation.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business results.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in real estate, BFSI, e-commerce, or other high-transaction B2C/B2B sectors preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of marketing experience, including at least 46 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven record of building high-impact brands and delivering measurable marketing ROI.

- Experience in scaling marketing organizations and managing large budgets across digital and traditional media.

- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise.

- Collaborative leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
