Role Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer will report to the CEO and will be responsible for driving the companys marketing vision, enhancing corporate positioning, building brand equity, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and global expansion plans.
- Brand Management: Lead initiatives to enhance corporate brand presence, market positioning, and visibility.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee campaigns across digital channels, PR, advertising, and content marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CEO, business heads, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage marketing budgets, define KPIs, and track performance to ensure measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and drive growth.
- Corporate Communications: Act as a brand ambassador and ensure consistent messaging and identity across all channels.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in senior leadership (CMO / Head of Marketing).
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong track record of strategic marketing, brand building, and corporate positioning.
- Ability to lead large marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
