Role Summary:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the organisation's brand, marketing, and communication strategy to position the company as the most trusted and aspirational luxury real-estate developer in India. You will drive the growth of the business through innovative marketing campaigns, digital transformation, and brand-building initiatives that speak to HNI and UHNI audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Define and evolve organisation's brand identity in alignment with its vision and luxury positioning. Ensure consistent brand language across all channels.
- Marketing Strategy: Build and execute 360-degree marketing strategies for all projects and the corporate brand including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, influencer, and event marketing.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digital marketing efforts including performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, CRM, automation tools, and lead generation funnels.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to build compelling value propositions for each project.
- Campaign Management: Lead creative development, media planning, and execution of high impact campaigns with measurable ROI.
- PR & Communications: Manage media relations, public appearances, and thought leadership efforts. Build organisation's narrative with relevant stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team and partner ecosystem (agencies, consultants, PR firms, etc.).
- Market Intelligence: Leverage data and consumer insights to shape strategies and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a top-tier institute.
Skills:
Proven experience in luxury branding and digital marketing
Strong analytical, leadership, and storytelling skills
Ability to work in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
Strong network with agencies, media houses, and PR firms
Exposure to customer segmentation targeting HNI/UHNI segments
