Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Position the brand as a leader in the co-working and flexible workspace industry.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team across digital, brand, and community marketing verticals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on overall business strategy and expansion plans.
2. Brand Management:
- Build a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee brand communications, PR campaigns, and media relations.
- Ensure customer-centric brand messaging and storytelling.
3. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and performance campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, startups, and ecosystem players for business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize campaigns.
4. Community Engagement & Customer Experience:
- Curate events, workshops, and initiatives to foster vibrant co-working communities.
- Collaborate with community managers to enhance member experience and retention.
- Leverage testimonials and success stories to build a strong community-driven brand.
5. Analytics & Budget Management:
- Set KPIs and measure marketing effectiveness using data analytics tools.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Present marketing performance reports to the leadership team.
Key Requirements
Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in real estate, hospitality, co-working, or related industries is a plus.
Skills:
Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies.
