Role Overview:
As the CMO, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that enhances brand equity, strengthens stakeholder engagement, and supports corporate growth. You will work directly with the Group Chairman and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, leading both global campaigns and localized strategies across key markets.
This is a high-impact, visible role requiring deep real estate industry knowledge, global marketing expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term brand strategy aligned with the organizations vision and values.
- Drive consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels globally.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand positioning, reputation, and recall in the global real estate investment and development market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, industry analysts, and journalists globally.
- Lead proactive and reactive media relations strategies to manage the companys public image.
- Oversee the development of compelling press releases, thought leadership articles, and media kits.
- Represent the company in key industry events, forums, and panels to enhance brand visibility.
- Design and lead high-impact marketing campaigns targeting investors, partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and elevate internal communications to ensure alignment with external messaging and corporate culture.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Leverage digital platforms and martech tools to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Spearhead the firms digital presence, including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the firm's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments and sustainability agenda.
- Manage and optimize the global marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Lead crisis communication planning and execution as required.
- Mandatory experience in real estate (development, investment, or asset management); exposure to large global or regional real estate firms is essential.
- Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of global real estate markets and international stakeholder dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, and cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Deep network of media relationships and a proven record of managing corporate reputation in high-stakes environments.
