A large, diversified metals & mineral group is seeking an experienced to lead marketing, digital strategy and brand growth across Indian and global B2B markets. The role will drive market positioning in steel ecosystem, alumina for alloys, fire-retardants & food-grade applications, and accelerate demand for sustainable materials.
:
- 15+ years in marketing leadership
- 8+ yrs in metals/steel/mining preferred
:
- Build marketing strategy for steel, metal fabricators & food processing clients
- Launch campaigns for alumina-based products, alloys & specialty applications
- Drive digital marketing, CRM, SEO, events & lead-gen programs (Steel Expo, Metalex etc.)
- Strengthen ESG & green steel branding for sustainability positioning
- Manage budgets, analytics, ROI tracking & pipeline influence reporting
- Lead India-wide marketing team & cross-functional collaboration with BD & operations
:
- Bachelors in Marketing/Business/Engineering; MBA preferred (IIM/XLRI)
- Strong B2B and industrial marketing experience - steel/metals/mining exposure ideal
- Skilled in CRM, digital marketing, analytics, brand building & stakeholder networks
- Ability to navigate standards/regulatory landscape (BIS, FSSAI) and export environments
