Key Responsibilities

Brand Creation & Positioning

- Craft a distinctive brand identity that balances heritage (astrology, gemstones, spiritual trust) with modern luxury appeal.

- Build consumer trust through storytelling, educational content, and expert collaborations (astrologers, wellness coaches, cultural icons).

- Position the brand as the go-to destination for authentic, certified astro-stone jewellery.

Marketing & Growth

- Lead go-to-market strategy for India, with scalable campaigns that resonate with both metros and tier-2/3 cities.

- Develop integrated campaigns across digital (performance, social, influencers, content marketing) and offline (events, retail experiences, spiritual expos).

- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value with a focus on trust + aspiration.

- Build educational and inspirational content ecosystems (blogs, podcasts, video storytelling) to demystify astro stones and attract younger audiences.

Expansion & Innovation

- Drive international rollout to Indian diaspora markets worldwide.

- Explore partnerships with spiritual leaders, astrologers, luxury designers, and celebrities.

- Stay ahead of luxury & wellness trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Leadership & Culture

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch.

- Establish data-driven, ROI-focused marketing systems without compromising brand aura.

- Serve as a key partner to the CEO/founders in shaping the overall business roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10-12+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP-level or higher role.

- Proven expertise in luxury, lifestyle, jewellery, or wellness categories.

- Strong track record of building premium consumer brands in India.

- Deep understanding of Indian consumer culture (heritage + aspiration + digital trends).

- Expertise in digital-first marketing, influencer ecosystems, and storytelling.

- Experience with celebrity tie-ups, cultural campaigns, and brand building.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
