Role Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy of PAN Health Group across all regions. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive brand growth, patient engagement, and digital innovation while ensuring alignment with the organizations mission to deliver accessible, high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the group-wide marketing vision, ensuring consistency across diverse geographies and service lines.

- Brand Management: Build and strengthen the PAN Health Group brand, positioning it as a trusted leader in healthcare.

- Digital Transformation: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including patient engagement platforms, telehealth promotion, and data-driven campaigns.

- Market Expansion: Support entry into new regions, designing localized campaigns while maintaining global brand coherence.

- Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to improve patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through personalized communication.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operations, and technology teams to align marketing with organizational goals.

- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure ROI, patient growth, and brand impact.

- Crisis Communication: Lead communication strategies during public health challenges or organizational crises.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record as a senior marketing leader, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or wellness industries.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insights.

- Experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple geographies.

- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
