The CMO will be responsible for leading the company's marketing team and developing and implementing a marketing strategy that focuses on digital marketing and reaching millennials and Gen Z. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives. - Lead and manage the company's marketing team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance. - Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media. - Develop and implement a marketing strategy that focuses on reaching millennials and Gen Z. - Manage the company's marketing budget. - Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments. - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and identify new ways to reach the target audience. Qualifications : - 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media. - Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for millennials and Gen Z. - Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
