
Role:
Define and execute long-term marketing and brand strategy for multiple Product categories - ensuring brand growth, market expansion, P&L profitability, category innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build category-wise strategy (Product wise, Domestic, International & Premium) for next 3-5 years.
- Oversea brand positioning, packaging, product portfolio design, SKU architecture.
- Conduct market research; analyze consumer and competitive landscape; identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Plan and launch new products / variants; manage entire lifecycle of product innovation.
- Spearhead innovation: conceive new product ideas for New Product Development through market Intelligence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply-Chain, Legal/Compliance, Operations and Distribution to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
- Manage brand, trade, and consumer marketing (ATL, BTL, digital, trade promotions, on-trade & off-trade).
- Own P&L, revenue growth, market share, profitability metrics for the portfolio.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; manage agencies, partners, stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across regions.
- Evaluate, monitor KPIs, adapt strategy based on results, learnings, feedback.
