- Collaborating with product development, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Leading and mentoring the marketing team; providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Driving brand positioning, differentiation and brand equity to enhance market share and awareness.
- Overseeing creation of collaterals - brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, press releases, digital content.
- Executing multi-channel campaigns (web, email, print, TV, radio, OOH).

Required Skills & Qualification:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven record of developing and executing marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C.
- Deep understanding of Indian consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in PR, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation; ability to leverage insights for decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling marketing operations, managing international teams or new market entry.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal considerations in Indian marketing.
- Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations.
