A visionary C-suite leader driving exponential growth for a fast-scaling Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand by defining marketing strategy, fostering innovation, scaling customer acquisition, building beloved brands, and creating exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Vision: Define and strengthen brand positioning, identity, and equity, ensuring a compelling, consistent narrative.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead performance-driven strategies across paid media, SEO/SEM, social, content, email, and influencer marketing to drive rapid, profitable growth.
- Omnichannel Experience: Develop and manage seamless customer journeys from awareness to purchase and retention across digital platforms (website, app) and retail (if applicable).
- Data & Analytics: Implement systems for market/customer intelligence, analyzing data to inform product, marketing, and business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing internal marketing teams (digital, creative, content) and manage agency partners.
- Growth & Revenue: Drive marketing initiatives directly tied to business objectives, revenue generation, and increased Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends and consumer behaviors to implement innovative marketing tactics.
