
Description:
- Looking to hire a CMO with 15 years of experience in Apparrel/ Grment/ textiles/ FMCG Industry.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Proven accountability for driving significant revenue growth and defining long-term corporate marketing strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in Digital Transformation, performance marketing, and scaling business via advanced marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required to articulate the marketing vision to diverse, high-stakes stakeholders, including the C-suite, Board of Directors, and sales team
- Strategic Leadership: Define the overarching marketing vision, goals, and strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Brand Stewardship: Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Customer Insights: Lead market research and data analysis to understand customer behavior and trends
- Campaign Management: Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
