Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Reports To : CEO

Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our global marketing function , a pioneering SaaS-based AdTech company transforming the Out-of-Home (OOH) media landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of global markets, growth marketing, branding, and enterprise-level client engagement-especially with large brands like Meta, Amazon, or Google.

This executive will play a critical role in shaping company brand and business trajectory, integrating technology, creativity, and customer insight to elevate our market position and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes :

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership :

- Develop and implement a global marketing vision aligned with our product roadmap and business objectives.

- Spearhead growth marketing strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

- Outcome: Achieve a [X]% YoY increase in qualified inbound leads and expand brand awareness across key global markets.

2. Brand Development & Global Positioning :

- Elevate company as a global SaaS and AdTech leader in the digital OOH space.

- Shape a unified brand voice across regions, resonating with culturally diverse audiences.

3. Integrated Programmatic & Digital OOH Strategy :

- Lead integrated campaigns across programmatic, digital signage, and automated OOH channels.

- Utilize AI-powered targeting and analytics to maximize ROAS.

- Outcome: Boost programmatic OOH revenue by [X]% and optimize campaign efficiency.

4. Enterprise Marketing & Client Growth :

- Build bespoke marketing strategies to support enterprise deals with global brands like Meta, Amazon, Coca-Cola.

- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks to support key account teams.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Martech Integration:

Key Qualifications & Traits:

Must Have:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, with 3-4 years of international work exposure (outside India).

- Background in SaaS, AdTech, or Media-Tech companies with global reach.

- Deep understanding of OOH, digital signage, and programmatic advertising.

- Strong command of growth marketing, branding, and customer lifecycle strategies.

- Proven success working with enterprise clients and Fortune 500 brands.

- Exceptional cultural intelligence and ability to manage regional nuances in messaging and GTM.

- Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, etc.).

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Preferred:

- Prior agency experience, especially in the OOH or media-tech space.

- Familiarity with emerging trends like AR/VR in advertising, AI-led personalization, and contextual media.

- Experience handling multi-region or global campaigns (e.g., APAC, MENA, North America).

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
