Position - Head of Marketing / CMO

Job profile:

We are looking for a strategic chief marketing officer (CMO) to join our organization. Incumbent will lead strategy and execution for customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning, direction and execution of all organizational marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities::

Performance Marketing

1. Strategy Development

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Management:

- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Data Analysis and Reporting.

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

3. Budget Management:

- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

- Coordinate with team members such as SEO, social media, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

5. Market research:

- Stay updated on latest digital market trend, technologies, and best practices.

6. Optimization:

- Regularly test and optimize campaigns for better performance

Content Marketing

1. Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, video, and other media

2. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

3. SEO & Analytics: Manage and optimize online content for search engines, analyze web traffic, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Creative Marketing

1. Creative Innovation:

- Direct the company's creative division, encouraging and implementing innovative digital tactics and campaigns to engage customers and drive revenue

2. Brand Storytelling & positioning:

- Establish and shape the brand's identity and narrative,

- Ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms to build brand loyalty and a positive customer experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

- 1015 years of experience as a Lead Digital Marketing or an equivalent sr. leadership role.

- MS Office Proficiency with strong knowledge of CRM tools.

Desired Skillsets::

- Exposure of Indian market and consumer landscape with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing, managing, and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop marketing professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Internal & external stakeholders management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
