Chief Manager - Treasury (Front & Mid Office)

Location: Mumbai Industry: NBFC / BFSI

Reporting to: Vice President

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 5-8 Years

This is a high-impact Front + Mid Office hybrid role with exposure to funding markets, ALCO, liquidity risk, investors, banks, and rating agencies. You will directly influence the organizations funding strategy, ALM stability, and regulatory compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Treasury Front Office - Funding, Investments & Market Interface:

- Ensuring efficient cash flow & liquidity management

- Borrowings through CP, NCDs & Bank Loans as per ALM policy

- Evaluation of investment products (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP etc.) for surplus management

- Investor relationship management

- Data preparation & submission to investors (MFs, Banks, Institutions)

- Rating agency coordination

- Coordination with business teams for funding requirements

- Advising on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)

Treasury Mid Office - ALM, Risk, Policy & Compliance:

- ALM management & gap monitoring

- Supporting ALCO meetings -funding requirement & borrowing plan

- Formation & implementation of LCR policy and HQLA management

- Limit & covenant monitoring

- Managing bank renewals and documentation related to borrowings

- Treasury compliances & regulatory reporting

- Ensuring adherence to ALM, liquidity and internal policies

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must-have:

- CA with 5-8 years of Treasury experience in NBFC / BFSI

- Strong exposure to ALM, LCR, HQLA, CP, NCD, Bank Funding

- Excellent Excel, analytical & numerical skills

- Experience working with ALCO, Investors & Rating Agencies
