Chief Manager - Sales Excellence - IIM/MDI/ISB

Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for translating central strategy into zonal action and ensuring effective execution of business priorities across the zone. The role will drive zonal business governance, monitor business and productivity performance, support P&L improvement initiatives, facilitate resource deployment decisions, manage strategic stakeholder relationships and provide actionable business intelligence to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Nodal point of contact for the channel partner for business relationship management and ongoing business support engagement with central teams and vertical teams.

- Drive implementation of centrally defined business priorities and strategic initiatives across assigned zones.

- Generate analytical insights to support decision making, conduct trend analysis and opportunity assessment.

- Support resolution of business escalations and lead leadership-requested reviews.

- Conduct structured governance reviews on business performance and strategic priorities.

- Monitor performance on premium, activation, productivity, OA, FTD, persistency, product mix and other business metrics.

- Evaluate deployment effectiveness across geographies and identify resource gaps.

Desired Qualification and Experience:

- Management post graduate from Tier 1 B Schools with 4-9 years of experience.

- Incumbent should be currently working in strategy development.

- Experience of translating strategy into delivery through plans, programs, people and culture.

- Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex data sets.

- Detailed understanding of financial forecast and modelling built around multiple assumptions or variables.

- Ability to communicate effectively, connect and inspire colleagues at all levels of the organization.

- Sharp prioritization and delegation while working with multiple priorities.

- Managing ambiguity and change.
