Job Title / Designation : Chief Manager (Cluster) Retail Sales (Mutual Fund)

Location : Mysore

Were looking for driven professionals to accelerate mutual fund retail growth through the IFA channel. The role involves developing and managing IFA relationships, driving sales and AUM growth, expanding market reach, and executing sales initiatives in line with regional and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive consistent business growth by exceeding targets for fund mobilization, IFA empanelment, and new investor acquisition

- Execute growth, expense, and profitability parameters for the channel

- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales and relationship management teams

- Develop region-specific strategies aligned with the typicality of the UFC location

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, HNIs, non-individual distributors, and institutional partners

- Organize investor meets, agent meetings, and participation in finance fairs

- Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep partners updated on products and markets

Candidate Details:

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate

- NISM 5A mandatory

- 15+ years of core AMC Sales

Competencies & Attributes:

- Strong knowledge of IFA Channel

- Excellent relationship management with Banks, NDs & Wealth Partners
