Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed business targets for AUM, fund mobilization, IFAs empaneled, and new investor acquisition.
- Manage overall UFC operations, administration, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and grow key accounts, including large IFAs, HNIs, and non-individual distributors.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets.
- Formulate region-specific growth strategies and market development plans.
- Conduct investor meets, distributor meetings, training programs, and participate in finance fairs.
- Ensure timely fund collection, efficient infrastructure usage, and adherence to compliance norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, complaint resolution, and post-sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with institutions in coordination with institutional marketing teams.
- Promote a culture of compliance, diversity, leadership, and strong brand representation.
