Chief Manager - Relationship Management - Insurance Broking Firm

Job Description:

An established Insurance Broking Firm is looking for an experienced Chief Manager Relationships / Retention to manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients. The role is focused on client retention, renewals, relationship deepening and identifying additional insurance opportunities rather than pure sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and retain existing mapped corporate clients.

- Ensure renewal retention and timely closure of renewals.

- Deepen relationships with existing clients through market rollovers and additional insurance opportunities.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Handle and understand all major lines of General Insurance.

- Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for effective client servicing.

- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Corporate General Insurance / Insurance Broking.

- Strong proficiency across General Insurance products and lines.

- Strong client relationship and retention experience.

- Bengaluru market experience preferred.

- Candidates currently working in the Bengaluru region will be preferred.

- This is primarily a relationship management and retention role, not a direct sales role.
