Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits / Rewards

- Execute annual and cyclical compensation processes including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive payouts

- Translate reward framework design into execution with strong governance and consistency

- Conduct compensation benchmarking and data analysis to generate actionable insights

- Ensure accurate implementation of incentive schemes, including sales and variable pay plans

- Support budgeting and forecasting related to employee costs

- Maintain governance and documentation of reward policies, processes, and approvals

2. Workplace Benefits Management

- Manage end-to-end administration of workplace benefits programs (insurance, wellness, financial, and lifestyle benefits)

- Handle annual renewals, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization

- Drive effective communication to enhance employee awareness and utilization

- Monitor utilization trends and recommend improvements to benefits design

3. Payroll & Compliance

- Lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

- Oversee time & attendance management and data accuracy

- Review payroll inputs, outputs, and full & final settlements

- Strengthen payroll processes, controls, and documentation to minimize risks

- Drive continuous process improvements within payroll operations

- Manage attendance exceptions, reversals, and incentive calculations

- Ensure coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders

- Ensure timely disbursement of payroll, statutory dues, and third-party payments

- Oversee statutory compliance, filings, and regulatory requirements

- Review payroll reconciliations, GL entries, and financial reporting

- Ensure timely reporting to Finance and regulatory authorities

- Manage payroll funding in coordination with Treasury

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage payroll, compliance, and benefits vendors to ensure service excellence and SLA adherence

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, HR, Admin, and IT

5. Audit Management

- Lead payroll and compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure

- Strengthen internal controls and proactively mitigate risks

6. Employee Experience

- Drive structured and proactive employee query management

- Resolve complex and sensitive payroll, rewards, and benefits issues

- Develop communication tools such as FAQs, advisories, and dashboards to enhance transparency
