Business Audit:

- Operation risk process expert in NBFC or Banking (lending business).

- Min Experience should be 8 Years.

- High Operations Risk Audit, General Risk Audit Banking, Business Audit, Legal & Regulatory risk Compliance, Enterprise risk management.

- Medium Masters in Finance, RCSA.

- Low Complaints Investigation, Operations Management.

- This is a credit role, should have experience in audit, compliance, risk before knowing from 3rd party or RBI he should have the knowledge be aware of the compliances.

- Must have operational risk audit lending business experience.


About the Role:


- We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Risk Audit Specialist to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of operational risk within our lending business.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the NBFC/Banking industry, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct in-depth operational risk audits of lending processes and controls.

- Assess the adequacy of risk management frameworks and policies.

- Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Identify operational risks and weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.


- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.

- Collaborate with business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.


Required Skills and Experience:


- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations risk audit within the NBFC or Banking sector.

- Strong understanding of lending business operations and processes.

- Expertise in operational risk assessment and management.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in risk management frameworks and methodologies (e., RCSA).

- Masters in Finance (preferred).


Desired Skills:


- Experience in complaints investigation and operations management.


Key Competencies:


- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess operational risks.


- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for NBFCs/Banks.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
