Chief Manager/Joint Assistant Vice President - Mutual Fund Operations - Bank

Reporting to : VP - MF Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Credit matching and cash utilization in various banks

- Cash flow preparation of all schemes

- Unit capital accounting and reconciliation

- Bank reconciliations

- Expenses accrual and payment processing including relevant taxation

- Dissemination of MIS to Senior Management

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA

Experience: 12-14 years / 15 - 18yrs

- Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in MF Operations in AMCs

- Strong understanding of MF operations, fund accounting, cash flow management, and regulatory frameworks

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, banking coordination, and cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to drive process excellence, automation, and control enhancements in a high-volume environment

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful MIS and business insights

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with maturity to interact with senior leadership

- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in team management and talent development

- High ownership, proactive approach, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
