Hiring: Chief Manager IT Projects | Technical/Engineering Manager

CTC: 24 LPA - 34 LPA

Team Management: 5+ years in project/team/delivery management

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical/Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-scale Digital Applications, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Microservices & Cloud-Native Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, development & delivery of enterprise mobile/web applications

- Drive solution architecture and Microservices-based applications

- Manage end-to-end product/project delivery

- Lead Agile/Scrum, sprint & release planning

- Manage developers, architects, leads & QA teams

- Drive Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes initiatives

- Ensure application security, scalability, performance & high availability

- Stakeholder management, mentoring & team development

Must-Have Skills:

- Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | REST APIs | GraphQL

- Angular / React | Android Java/Kotlin | iOS / Swift

- Docker | Kubernetes | CI/CD | AWS / Azure / GCP

- PostgreSQL | MySQL | Oracle | MongoDB / NoSQL

- System Design | Cloud Architecture | Agile/Scrum

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech

Preferred Background: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Automotive Finance or Enterprise Digital Platforms.
