Role & Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and achieve/surpass targets for fund mobilization, IFA empanelment, and new investor acquisition.
- Ensure profitability by managing growth, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Develop regional business strategies aligned with market dynamics and UFC objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with institutions, HNIs, and non-individual distributors.
- Organize investor meets, agent meetings, and participate in financial fairs.
- Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions to keep IFAs and staff updated on products and markets.
- Oversee timely fund collection, proper infrastructure usage, and branch administration.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory norms; manage operational risk controls.
- Set quarterly performance goals for RMs and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with investor services and back-office teams to ensure service quality and complaint resolution.
- Foster a diverse, performance-driven, and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and actively mentor team members for growth.
