What You'll Do :
- Be the strategic people partner to leadership across tech, operations, and corporate teams
- Lead organization design, change management, and culture building initiatives
- Drive talent development, succession, and workforce planning at scale
- Mentor HR teams and elevate business HR as a true value creator
We're Looking For:
- 15-18 years of HR experience, preferably in large IT/tech-enabled setups
- Strong exposure to managing scale, complexity, and matrix environments
- A proactive, business-first HR mindset-comfortable being a challenger and coach
- Experience in sectors like IT, consulting, aviation, or high-growth digital environments
