Chief Manager - Group Strategy - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Description:

- To plan and execute regular scanning of the assigned company sector locally & globally and identify developments/content from primary & secondary sources and prepare reports/presentations on trends and latest thought leadership of relevance for Management consideration.

- To structure, plan and execute benchmarking on identified topics/practices across industries which are of relevance and future focused to support the assigned Group Companys Long-Range Strategy (LRS).

- To propose, influence and co-create with the concerned Group Companys LRS, in partnership with the respective companys Strategy & CXO Teams, ensuring alignment with BFS Group Priorities.

- To provide consultation and co-create with the concerned Group Companys Strategy/CXO Departmental Head LRS priorities on Start-Stop-Continue to prioritize investments.

- To track, monitor & report the Top 5 Step Change project of assigned company and provide analysis & insights on progress/impact on threshold ROE (Capital, Growth & Product Mix parameters).

- To formulate and continuously enhance/ update a strong on-going pulse on competition & market landscape relevant to assigned companys and share reports/dashboards to identified stakeholders.

- To build a knowledge management repository of LRS learnings, strategies & projects from the assigned group company and contribute to the group level repository to enable sharing & cross-pollination across all group company.

- To participate in BFS Group level monthly/quarterly reviews of assigned company and gather updates, changes and additions to the LRS/AOP initiatives pertaining to the Top 5 Step Change projects and reporting to BFS Group Strategy Leadership for consideration and suitable action.

- Future Tech readiness:

a) identify and execute on projects related to Tech readiness pertaining to A/C Aggregator, ONDC & QR etc.

b) Evaluate Global trends or India Stack developments resulting in preparation of strategic business cases for proactive adoption by respective Group Companies.

- To regularly track, monitor, report with analytics, insights & recommendations on App, Web, Heart (Customer Digital Experience) & Technology Stack efficiencies and impact of each of the BFS Group Companies.
