Job Description:

CA Qualified

9-14 Years of experience in Finance & Accounts, financial reporting

Location; Mumbai

Industry: BFSI; candidates coming from BFSI industry are only eligible.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Thorough analysis and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Ind AS.

- Thorough review of all disclosure requirements for quarterly results as per LODR and Annual financial statements.

- Ensuring financials are presented as per Company Policy and Statutory guidelines

- Keep tab on financial accessibility

- Balance Sheet substantiation and periodic GL scrutiny

- Review / preparation of Audit Committee and board notes and presentations.

- Need to analyse variances and establish reasons

- Prepare a commentary for results for ACB/Board

- Establish control on patterns observed in revenue and expenditure reporting

- Confirm completeness and correctness of reports generated from financial systems

- Undertake projects for automation and streamlining of reporting framework

- Providing required data for Investor / Analyst call etc.

Accounting Schema:

- Frame and document Accounting Schema

- Preparation of Accounting Manual

- General ledger accounting, analysis and reconciliations.

Audit and Inspection;

- Ensure timely submission of Audit and Inspection requirements.

- Attending/resolving audit queries with a goal to have clean audit report.

- Liaise with Internal Audit, SEBI and ensure data submission.

- Ensuring IFC compliance.

- Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal stakeholders across NSE Departments and External Agencies / Auditors as required.

Control & Risk Management:

- To ensure compliance with control and Risk from internal control over financial reporting perspective

- Development requirement Process Development
