Job Description:

We are looking for a Chief Manager Finance to lead financial planning, team management, and process automation. This role will focus on supporting the Director Finance in executing the business plan (B-Plan) while ensuring accurate and timely lender reporting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Execution: Support the Director Finance in executing the company's Business Plan (B-Plan) and financial strategies.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution.

- Process Automation & Efficiency: Drive automation initiatives to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.

- Lender Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely lender reporting, maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide critical financial insights and trend analysis to aid decision-making.

Attributes we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with startup experience and team management expertise.

- Prior experience in NBFCs, FinTechs, or Financial Institutions is a plus.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and automation skills to enhance financial processes.

- Educational Background: CA or MBA (Tier 1) from a reputed institution.
