Chief Manager - Distribution Finance - 9+ Years - Gurugram

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end distribution compensation including retail commissions, rewards, GST expenses, and distributor payouts

2. Finalize month-end provisions for commissions, rewards, GST, and related expenses with high accuracy

3. Ensure timely and accurate commission and reward calculations, validation, disbursement, and provisioning

4. Perform variance analysis and present monthly insights on commissions, rewards, and payouts to senior management

5. Drive automation and continuous improvement of distribution compensation processes to reduce turnaround time

6. Enable business growth through effective implementation of new commission and reward schemes in collaboration with business teams

7. Ensure adherence to Board-approved commission policies and timely regulatory reporting, including IRDAI compliance

8. Manage statutory and internal audits with strong financial controls, documentation, and risk mitigation

Requirements:

1. Post Graduate in Commerce and/or MBA

2. 9+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance sector

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, commission structures, and insurance sales processes

4. Hands-on experience in commission management, reward frameworks, and process automation

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access for complex calculations

6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, reinsurance concepts, contracts, and settlement processes

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
