About the Role (Easy Summary):. - We're hiring a Chief Manager - Company Secretary to lead our Secretarial and Corporate Governance team. - The role will handle all secretarial functions, ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI, MCA, RBI), and prepare the company for IPO and post-listing responsibilities. - This position is critical to ensuring transparency, good governance, and adherence to corporate laws. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH "IPO EXECUTION". Key Responsibilities (Simplified):. - Act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. - Ensure complete compliance with SEBI, MCA, RBI regulations. - Lead all governance, secretarial, and legal functions. - Prepare the company for IPO and handle all IPO-related compliance. - Draft and manage board meeting documents (Agenda, Minutes, Resolutions, ROC filings). - Manage secretarial audits and maintain important company records. - Handle listing of bonds like NCDs, CPs, foreign bonds. - Collaborate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulators.
