Summary An exciting opportunity to lead business planning and analytics for renewals, persistency, surrender management, and onboarding controls. Drive strategic decisions using predictive analytics, advanced reporting, and customer insights in one of Indias leading insurance organizations.

- Lead end-to-end business planning for renewals, persistency, surrender management, and onboarding controls.

- Build and maintain advanced dashboards and MIS reports to track key KPIs.

- Perform root-cause analysis of surrenders and design interventions to reduce them.

- Develop predictive models and propensity scoring for customer retention strategies.

- Support digital initiatives like autopay win-back, BOT targeting, and customer segmentation.

Requirements

- Postgraduate in Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Analytics, Business Planning, or Performance Management, preferably in Insurance/BFSI.

- Hands-on expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) and statistical modeling.

- Strong understanding of life insurance operations (renewals, persistency, surrender, onboarding).

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
