Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage and monitor the company's net worth in compliance with SEBI regulations.
- Direct day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare, analyse, and present accurate monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Develop financial outlook reports and ensure adequate fund availability.
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with Business Heads.
- Monitor budgets, accruals, and adjustments ensuring accurate reflection of business activities.
- Investigate and resolve variances from budget.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Oversee investment of surplus funds and capital resource planning.
- Handle PAN-level fixed asset registration and physical verification.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Monitor regulatory developments under Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
- Ensure compliance with Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) regulations.
- Manage Mutual Fund TER compliance as per regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor AMC expenses in line with SEBI/AMFI regulations.
- Coordinate preparation of compliance reports related to AMC operations.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations relating to Investor Education Programs.
Audit & Taxation:
- Manage annual statutory & Internal audits in coordination with appointed auditors.
- Ensure statutory accounts are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Handle monthly GST returns and annual GST filings.
- Manage GST applications and related compliance.
- File Income Tax Returns and SFT (61A) returns.
- Process applications for Lower Deduction Certificates and manage projected P&L documentation.
Treasury Management:
- Work closely on treasury management functions.
- Ensure optimal utilization of funds.
- Oversee current and future investment planning.
Sales MIS:
- Generate and review ACE MF reports to ensure accurate data capture and insights for sales MIS.
- Calculate scheme returns and compare them against relevant benchmarks to evaluate performance effectively.
- Design and implement formulas in MIS tools to automate routine calculations, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy in MIS reports, ensuring consistent and reliable information for decision-making
