Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking VP of Learning Experience to lead the evolution of itss educational vision. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes across all programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in education, a strong understanding of modern learning science and technologies, and a passion for shaping the future of K-12 coding and AI education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Educational Strategy: Define and execute the learning vision, aligning with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for young learners.

- Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the design and continuous improvement of curriculum across all grade levels; introduce new, future-ready learning tracks.

- Innovate with EdTech: Leverage the latest in AI and learning platforms to deliver personalized, interactive, and outcome-driven learning experiences.

- Elevate Teaching Standards: Lead our teacher training and certification programs to ensure world-class instruction quality across all courses.

- Ensure Learning Outcomes: Set high benchmarks for student progress through rigorous assessments and data-driven improvements.

- Build Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with academic institutions, edtech platforms, and industry experts to strengthen our educational offerings and brand authority.

- Represent the Brand: Be a public voice for its educational philosophy at conferences, media events, and thought leadership forums.

Ideal Background:

- Deep experience in K-12 or online education with a strong focus on instructional design and pedagogy.

- Proven track record in building or scaling high-impact learning programs, ideally in coding, STEM, or AI.

- Strong familiarity with educational products and platforms

- Bonus: Experience with coding education, AI-based learning tools, or curriculum strategy at scale.

Internal responsibilities:

- Lead the curriculum design team for AI, Coding, and Math

- Oversee the teacher training & delivery to maintain high bar

- Set up standards rubric for teacher hiring across all levels
