Chief Investment Officer - Family Office

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation:

- Define and implement asset allocation aligned with family objectives

- Develop returnrisk framework across market cycles

Portfolio Management:

- Construct and manage diversified multi-asset portfolios

- Oversee public markets (equity, credit, funds) and alternatives

Private Investments:

- Lead sourcing, diligence, structuring, and monitoring of direct / pre-IPO / PE investments

- Drive disciplined underwriting and exit strategy

Risk & Governance:

- Own the Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

- Establish risk limits, liquidity planning, and investment committee processes

Performance & Reporting:

- Track portfolio performance, risk metrics, and attribution

- Present clear and transparent reporting to the family

Capital & Liquidity Management:

- Manage cash flows, capital calls, distributions, and reinvestments

Leadership:

- Build and lead the investment team

- Act as trusted advisor on significant capital decisions

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in investing roles (PE / VC / Hedge Funds / Asset Management / Investment Banking)

- Family office experience is a must, consider it a relevant bonus

- Demonstrated experience managing large pools of capital

- Strong track record across public and private markets

- Deep understanding of risk management and capital preservation

- High integrity, discretion, and long-term orientation

- Salary is based on candidate experience (max1cr.)
