Chief Investment Officer

Job Description:

- Strategy Development: Formulate, communicate, and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with long-term financial objectives and growth plans.

- Portfolio Management: Oversee investment activities across multiple asset classes to ensure an optimal balance between risk, return, liquidity, and capital preservation.

- Risk Management: Design and implement risk management frameworks, including monitoring market risks, liquidity risks, concentration risks, portfolio volatility, conducting scenario tests, and reviewing dashboards to manage liquidity and volatility.

- Strategic Financial Relationships & Transaction Execution: Manage relationships with investment banks, brokers, financial institutions, PE/VC funds, advisors, and strategic market participants for investment opportunities, capital raising, transaction execution, and strategic partnerships.

- Investment Platforms & Structuring: Support the establishment and scaling of investment platforms, AIF structures, family office initiatives, SPVs, and other strategic investment vehicles as may be required.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the investment team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work culture.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory requirements, governance standards and internal policies

- Stakeholder Management: Present investment strategies, portfolio performance, market insights, and investment recommendations to Promoters, senior leadership, investment committees, and relevant stakeholders from time to time.

- Capital Raising & Strategic Initiatives: Support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and development of new investment opportunities.
