Annual audit planning and monitor execution of the India audit plan.  Report major audit findings to the Sr stakeholders/COO/CFO.  Develop recommendations to plug identified gaps.  Monitor the implementation of business systems, processes and workflows   Lead a team of auditors   Roles and Responsibilities  - Work with management to establish the strategic direction of internal audit. Finalizing audit reports and management presentations   - Facilitate an annual risk assessment and preparation of the risk based audit plan for all entities.  - Suggesting and work with functional stakeholder and effectively closing the gaps on the audit points.  - Updating the leadership team on emerging risks  - Hands on in COSO, SOX, ERM.  - Lead reviews related to compliance with statutory laws & regulations  - Present main findings of the audits to the management.  - Work with the stakeholders to effectively roll out new initiatives to improve the controls /process environment.  Essential Skills  - Hardcore experience in managing assignments in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Management Audit, Process review, controls review  - People management  - Very good interpersonal skills.  - Able to handle multiple audits and projects across functions.  - Good communicator and possess good presentation skills (written and verbal)  - Should be open to frequent travel  - Experience of Big 4/consulting is desirable. Have handled audits in IT/ITeS/Service industry  Experience  - 10+ years post qualification in internal audit  Qualification  - CA/CPA/ACCA  - Additional qualification such as CISA/DISA/CIA
