Job Description:

- Information Security Framework & Governance: Define and implement a comprehensive information security framework, including policies, standards, governance structure, roles, responsibilities, committees, and performance metrics aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic Planning & Resource Management: Develop and execute the information security roadmap, budget, and resource allocation, prioritizing initiatives based on risk assessments and business impact.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and grow a 10-member information security team through hiring, training, mentoring, evaluation, and career development.

- Security Operations & Incident Management: Oversee security operations covering threat detection, prevention, response, and recovery, including managing security tools like endpoint protection, perimeter security, monitoring, threat intelligence, and orchestration systems.

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Awareness: Coordinate with business units, IT, audit, legal, vendors, and lead the CISO council to align security efforts; promote security awareness and culture across all stakeholders, and provide regular reporting on security status and trends.
