
Job Description:
We are looking for an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology function for a leading apparel manufacturing group. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's IT strategy, digital transformation, technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, networks, enterprise applications, and technology services across the organization.
- Drive digital transformation and technology modernization across manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of ERP, business applications, data, analytics, and integration platforms.
- Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cloud adoption, network availability, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Establish IT governance, architecture, policies, standards, and technology best practices.
- Drive automation and technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
- Lead IT budgeting, vendor management, technology investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with business leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, HR, and Operations to identify and deliver technology solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT leadership and technology teams.
- Provide strategic technology insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- 23 - 30 years of experience, with significant experience in IT leadership, preferably within large-scale apparel - textile or manufacturing organizations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide IT strategy, IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data & analytics, and enterprise technology architecture.
- Experience managing large IT teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business growth and operational objectives.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
