Looking for a CTO/CIO for a large manufacturing group (FMCG) in North India, reporting to the TOP Management of the organisation.

About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technology and digital transformation agenda of a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing organization based in North India. The CIO will play a critical role in aligning technology with business growth, driving operational efficiency across plants and distribution networks, and building a future-ready digital ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

- Qualified CS Engineer (BE/B.Tech, M.Tech/MS) backed with SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce deployment/implementation and certifications

- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with prior exposure in FMCG manufacturing.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or equivalent).

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce deployment and optimization.

- Exposure to AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives (strong advantage).

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations, supply chain, and distribution models in FMCG.

- Demonstrated ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the company's overall IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to enable scalable growth across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and distribution.

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team across plant and corporate environments.

ERP Implementation & Optimization

- Lead end-to-end ERP strategy, implementation, integration, and optimization across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

- Ensure seamless integration across finance, procurement, inventory, production planning, and distribution modules.

- Drive process standardization and data accuracy across systems.

Salesforce & Commercial Systems:

- Oversee Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization for salesforce automation, distributor management, and trade marketing.

- Enable real-time visibility into sales performance, secondary sales, and channel productivity.

- Improve CRM effectiveness and analytics-driven decision-making.

AI, Automation & Digital Innovation

- Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance demand forecasting, supply chain planning, predictive maintenance, and sales analytics.

- Lead automation initiatives across manufacturing operations and back-office functions to drive cost efficiencies.

- Implement data governance frameworks and business intelligence systems.

Infrastructure, Security & Compliance

- Ensure robust IT infrastructure across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and corporate offices.

- Maintain cybersecurity standards, data privacy compliance, and business continuity planning.

- Oversee vendor management and technology partnerships.
