We are looking for a visionary and technology-driven Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the complete IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology infrastructure for a rapidly growing global Bio-Pharma organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with global business objectives

- Drive end-to-end SAP Implementation and optimization across functions

- Develop robust IT infrastructure for manufacturing, R&D, and global operations

- Ensure high-level Data Security, Cybersecurity, and Regulatory Compliance

- Establish scalable Data Storage, Cloud Management, and Disaster Recovery systems

- Build digital transformation roadmap for future-ready operations

- Manage ERP, networking, server architecture, and enterprise applications

- Partner with leadership teams across India & USA for technology integration and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong experience in SAP Implementation within Pharma/Bio-Pharma setup

- Expertise in Data Storage Architecture & Information Security

- Proven leadership in handling enterprise IT operations across multiple locations

- Exposure to manufacturing plants, R&D environments, and regulated industries preferred

- Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities
