The CIO will be the one to devise and own the company's IT strategy, Product strategy, and own development, engineering, and deployment of all our captive tech stacks. Build and own technology policies that are necessary to scale and support operations and objectives for across all geographies. As a CIO, you must have a solid tech product background and keep updated with advancements of the field. You would be leading all tech initiatives that weave both organizations technology and products strategy & ready a solution that are go to market ready on our technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Set objectives and strategies for the technology department. - Have a strong product and a design thinking background to build out our tech stack and a platform organization. - Should have led digital transformation projects at a Pan India or global level and let tech projects. - Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience. - Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization. - Oversee the technological infrastructure in the organization to ensure optimal performance. - Direct and organize IT-related projects. - Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage. - Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions. - M&A IT integration activities and engineering and building systems and platforms. SKILLS : - Leadership Skills - Chief Information Officer should be able to manage an organization by successfully coordinating staff, resources, and implementing policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position. - Time Management - Works on various tasks at once and needs to be self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met. - Problem-Solving Skills - As issues arise within an organization, you should be able to identify them and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the business. - Decision-Making Abilities - A key part of being a successful Chief Information Officer is the ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and policies. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role - Excellent knowledge of IT systems and technologies - Should have built and deployed technology powered platform products. - Background in designing / developing IT systems and planning technology implementation. - Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations - Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Computer science / engineering or relevant field from top tier institutions; MBA will be preferred. - 50% healthcare exposure in IT will be an added advantage. TEAM MANAGEMENT - Should have team management experience. - Current span of 5-8
