Role Objective:
Provide strategic leadership to the IT function, driving digital transformation, enterprise technology modernization, and robust governance frameworks to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and compliance across domestic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with business goals, covering ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
- Digital Transformation: Lead adoption of emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and application portfolio ensuring resilience, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Establish strong cybersecurity frameworks, risk management protocols, and incident response mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, operations, and corporate functions to deliver IT solutions that support strategic initiatives.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, agility, and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CIO/CTO/VP of IT).
- Proven track record in ERP modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience in large scale retail or FMCG, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
